A: Where were you born and how has that affected who you are today?
D: I was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada.  I grew up in a small city of approximately 17,000 people called Swift Current Saskatchewan Canada. I learned a lot about building personal relationships with people and always learning to be honest. Growing up in Swift Current it was one of these small cities where if you did something wrong by the time you got home your parents already new.
 
A: What's on the playlist on your ipod?
D: I'm a Big 80's fan. I love REO Speedwagon, The Crannberries, I listen to lot's of inspirational music.
 
A: Who are your favourite authors or genres of books, and why?
D: I have a large library of personal development books, biographies, autobiographies, Books on Finances, Relationships, Spirtuality, Travel, Business, History, I read a book a week and a minium of ten pages a day of a book. A: Tell us a bit about your educational background, or any training along the way you received?
D: I have Street Smarts Business School. I learn best through my own personal experiences and the experiences of others. I personal invest hundreds of hours a year reading biographies/autobiographies, books, attending live seminars/workshops, tele-seminars, coaching and mentoring telephone calls and one on one meetings. I attend monthly a High Level Mastermind Meeting.
 
A:  What makes you the world's biggest manifestor??
D: I have the Specific and Measurable Results that no one else to date on the planet has achieved.

A: Are you a people person, numbers person or tools person?
D: I am a People Person. I am a BIG Picture person but also details. I see the BIG picture then work backwords. My secret to my successes is that I always Hire people who are smarter me and I always surround myself with people who are smarter than me. I delegate responsibility and I maintain control.

A: How important do you think being prepared vs...the just do it attitude, and fix it along the way?
D:I believe it is important to always be prepared. I always have a Plan A, Plan B, Plan C.  It's always important to have a Dreamteam of people becuase when something happens and youy don't know what to do you are stopped. Something I pass along to many people I meet is this.  "Build The Network of People Before You Need Them."
 
A: Any pearls of wisdom for our Social Butterfly Club members?
D: Focus on building and maintaining consistent personal/professional relationships with people. Follow up consistently with people. Call them on their birthdays, wedding anniversaries, find out important facts about the people in your network. Ask question about why they do what they do, Where they grew up, what types of books do they read, movies do they watch, pets that they own, what are their dreams, goals, desires, where do they like to vacation? What type of legacy would they like to leave behind?

A: What legacy would you like to leave behind?
D: To have known that I impacted over a billion people on the planet to educating them on how to specific and measurably manifest what they really desire in their life. To have built Ophranages/Villages/Schools in third world countries.

A: Tell us a challenging time you've overcome and what you learned from it?
D: I have crashed a few times financially and hit rock bottom.  I mean I had nothing not even ten cents to my name. I have been homeless, I have lived on welfare for 2 months, I've wanted to end my life,  I was hungry, I was alone, I was afraid, I was scared, I was embarressed, I have learned it's not what happens to in your life it's what you choose to do about it. I have learned that your self worth and net worth are not the same. In have learned that when things get tough You need to get stronger. Life is difficult compared to what?  Life is like the seasons sometimes we are just going through a longer period of winter. ASk for help. I have learned also that our lives are like a caterpillar. We need to struggle for a period of time inside the cocoon to become a beautiful butterfly.
